I work with women—especially in pre and post-menopause—who feel exhausted, out of balance, or disconnected from themselves and want to feel better in both body and mind.

With a background in holistic health coaching (IIN), years of experience in a natural health environment, and training in Reiki and spiritual coaching, I bring a mind-body approach that looks at both lifestyle and emotional wellbeing.

Holistic Reset Session

A 60–90 minute online session where we look at what’s going on beneath the surface of your symptoms and overwhelm.

You’ll leave with:

  • greater clarity about your health and emotional state

  • practical next steps to support your wellbeing

  • a sense of grounding and direction
