Hemp Milk
Ingredients
1/2 cup of hemp hearts
1 Tablespoon cashew nuts
A pinch of sea salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 litre unfiltered water
Directions
Put all the ingredients with half the amount of water and blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into a glass 1 litre bottle and top with remaining water
Notes
The addition of the cashew nuts makes this homemade milk nice and creamy and its so easy not having to strain the milk. Keeps in the fridge for at least 5 days. Shake well before using. Enjoy
