Basil Pesto

Ingredients

2 cups fresh basil

½ cup cashew nuts

½ cup olive oil / avocado oil / macadamia nut oil 

1 clove garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.  Blend until desired consistency.  Adjust oil quantity until desired texture.  Add S & P to taste.

Enjoy on nearly everything.  Keep well in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
