Chia Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

In a bowl soak 

4 Tbspns Organic Chia seeds

1 Mashed Organic Banana or 3 Tbspns desiccated coconut 

1 Cup Milk ( I use coconut milk)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

Sprinkle of Organic Cinnamon

In a separate bowl soak with water
2 Tbspns Chopped Organic Almonds

2 Tbspns Organic Buckwheat Groats

2 Tbspns Organic Raisins

1 Tbspn Organic goji berries 

Directions

I leave both these bowls to soak in the fridge overnight (I cover the Chia seed bowl). In the morning give the Chia seed bowl a stir just to make sure all the seeds have swollen. Add a little milk if the consistency is too thick

Add the soaked nuts/fruit mixture to the top, I also add chopped seasonal fruit or berries to the bottom of the bowl. A lovely grain free granola is nice on top.
