Chocolate protein smoothie

Ingredients

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup for coconut cream - or you can substitute for milk of your choice and eliminate the water

1 cup of water 

1 Tablespoon of Cacao powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Dash of vanilla extract

2 Tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in water overnight - include the gelatinous water in the smoothie

2 Tablespoons cashew nuts soaked in water overnight - discard the water

1 teaspoon protein powder - My favourite at the moment is sacha inchi protein 

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy 

Enjoy x
