Green Goodness Winter Smoothie

Ingredients

1 x banana (fresh or frozen, I prefer frozen and it makes the smoothie creamy)

1 x apple (skin on and cored)

1 x kiwifruit (skin on)

1 x lemon (skin pips and all)

1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled)

2 x large handfuls of greens (spinach, kale or silverbeet)

1-2 cups of water ( depending on the consistency you like.  I add as I blend)

Then any of the following

1 teaspoon chia, flax, sesame, sunflower, and or pumpkin seeds

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon spirulina

2-4 cashews, brazil nuts or almonds

any other goodness you have in the cupboard

Directions

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend
