Ginger Cookies - GF
Ingredients
2 Cups of flour ( I use 1/2 cup of spelt flour, 1/2 cup of brown rice flour and 1 cup of buckwheat flour)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon ginger powder
1/2 cup of coconut sugar or maple syrup
150g butter
1 egg
Directions
In a food processor blend flour baking powder, and butter until the butter is all cut up into the flour
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until a cookie dough forms
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Form small balls of dough and press into cookies
Bake at 180 degrees for approx 15 minutes
